Well, I am just wrapping up my freshman year at The Catholic University of America in Washington DC, and whilst sitting with my friends in the Pryz (Short for the Edward J. Pryzbla Center, a.k.a. our cafeteria) and remembering our crazy year, I decided it might be fun to start a blog. Don't worry, this isn't just going to be me talking about my drunken escapades, or boy troubles, and it certainly won't be about my emotions. This is going to be full of advice, and I don't mean budget-your-time-and-money kind of advice. This is straight up, honest and sincere advice about the things that you really want to know about. Like, what tastes good mixed with cheap vodka? How do i survive college food without going broke? How do I not get caught drinking? From there, I'm just going to go with the flow. When I learn something new and useful, or just plain fun, I'll post about it, and hope it keeps your interest!
So here's my plan for the next couple of weeks, since I'm almost done with school for the semester. I'm going to start with a few posts about my favorite experiences from this year. Fun drinking games, places to go to in DC, a bit about the Pryz, our lovely cafeteria, and a few what-not-to-do's, which should get me to the end of the semester. For the summer, I will either take a break or update on summer experiences that may interest you, and then pick up again with the real gritty stuff in September when school starts again.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy it!
Yours Truly,
Courtney :)
